What do PSNR and SSIM mean?
PSNR measures pixel error on a logarithmic scale, while SSIM estimates luminance, contrast and structural similarity. Use both with the difference image.
Is the color count exact?
The tool reports an approximate count from quantized sampled pixels so large images can be analyzed quickly in the browser.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Decoding, histogram analysis and comparison run locally in your browser.
